About the Show
“TRASH, of any kind, has seldom been more interesting than it is in ”Theater of Trash” by Paul Zaloom and Company, Fruit of Zaloom at the Dance Theater Workshop. A vacuum cleaner hose becomes a disco dancer high on cocaine, a garland of plastic lemons is a fleet of cars, shoes are children, milk cartons are cows and crumpled newspapers are agile puppets.”
