I had the honor to see Mac Ronay (born Germain Rene Sauvard. June 1913-June 2004) perform at The Crazy Horse Saloon in Paris.
He shared the bill with Milo & Roger, Great Carazini. What a lineup. He was one of the funniest performers I have every seen.
His magic tricks were hysterical in the ‘failed’ attempts he made to get them right.
Here is a video of his act for your enjoyment.
One of my favorite films of all time is “After The Fox” written by Neil Simon, Cesare Zavattini and directed by Vittorio de Sica.
Featuring Peter Sellers, Victor Mature, Britt Ekland and Mac Ronay.
(2nd from left Mac Ronay, Britt Ekland, and Peter Sellers) Autographs by Britt and Peter Sellers.

He’s got his own bag of tricks. Very funny! Thanks.
