Untitled Theater Company No. 61Paul Auster‘s novel “City of Glass” adapted for stage by Edward Einhorn

Shot the dress rehearsal and had a great time documenting this lovely visual feast!

The show is beautiful, and the book is excellent. Edward has made an amazing adaptation of the book for the stage.

Music by Freddi Prince

Movement/Choreography by Patrice Miller

Robert Honeywell as Daniel Quinn

and performers/dancers Dina Rose Rivera and Mateo Moreno.

I see the show as a detective novel with an existential slant by Paul Auster brought to life by Edward Einhorn.

So most of the photographs in this post will be Film Noir black and white.

The book/play is rich in mystery and existential dialog.

Ryan Landry and The Gold Dust Orphans present “Mildred Fierce” @ Theatre 80 St. Marks.

Featuring Varla Jean Merman

Ryan Landry and The Gold Dust Orphans are bringing the wildly exciting and hysterically funny musical "Mildred Fierce" to Theatre 80 St. Marks beginning Oct 5th. A huge success in Boston and Provincetown. Ryan talks about his work with the Ridiculous Theater Company and his upcoming show that he is very excited about performing in NYC.
I caught him as he was 'inbetween' parties on a busy NYC night.
Check it out…
