‘Tim and Joe Present Joe and Tim’ – Toronto Clown Festival

Toronto Clown Festival

presents

Tim and Joe Present Joe and Tim

An international clown duo, combining their talents and sense of humor, depart on an absurd adventure. Whether they are singing, spitting on each other or painting fine art, it all seems to make sense until they make a left turn or a U-turn or park illegally. Just imagine slapstick and circus skills with the good looks of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore.

Performed, written and directed by Tim Tyler and Joe DePaul.

Right away you begin to laugh at these two wonderful performers.

The routines are timed perfectly and get some serious laughs.

A uke and wonderfully funny voice with voice sound effects.

It is hard to describe the antics these two perform in the show. Go see it!

Christmas time. Wake Up!

King Kong is loose in the theater. Watch out!

It is a very funny show! If they happen to be performing near you go see them!

‘My Big Fat German Puppet Show’ -Frank Meschkuleit

Toronto Festival of Clowns

presents

My Big Fat German Puppet Show

‘My Big Fat German Puppet Show distils 35 years of professional puppeteering experience into one wacky, unexpected roller coaster ride of surprises guaranteed to poke your eye and tickle your funny bone. Winner of the coveted ‘Just for Laugh Best Comedy Award’.

Performed, written and directed by Frank Meschkuleit.

Frank Meschkuleit had a brilliant stage presence commanding the attention of the audience immediately.

When he opened the large suit that he was wearing it revealed a miniature stage for his puppet show.

This ‘metal mug’ puppet sang a Tom Waits song that was delightful and funny.

His next to last puppet song was Stephen Hawking.

A large part of this wonderful show was his comments and rants about culture, personal issues and life. All of what he spoke in this show was intelligent and so funny.

I look forward to seeing him perform again!

FAKE NERD GIRL – Chloe Payne – TCF

TORONTO CLOWN FESTIVAL

presents

FAKE NERD GIRL

performed by Chloe Payne

Directed by Harmonie Tower

Ridiculously epic and epically ridiculous, “Fake Nerd Girl” is the story of one girl’s rise to superhero stardom! This is feminist geekery at its finest: hilarious, awkward and totally kick ass!

Chloe Payne begins her quest to become the ‘superhero’.

Armed and ready to take on the enemy.

Listening to the commands of her leader.

Prepared to take on the worst possible intruders.

Sitting down and hearing something that is causing bewilderment.

Commanding the attention of the audience and proclaiming her ideas for the future.

The “Fake Nerd Girl” show has only ONE more performance on Sat. 6/3 at 4:45pm

Tickets can be had here!

King Pong’s Ping Pong Rodeo – Michael Trautman – TCF

TORONTO FESTIVAL OF CLOWNS

presents

King Pong’s Ping Pong Rodeo

performed by MICHAEL TRAUTMAN

What happens when you put a clown in a room with 1000 ping pong balls? KING PONG!

KING PONG’S PING PONG RODEO is a truly unique variety show that dares to ask: When is enough, enough? How much is TOO much? Why do Americans go so far? KING PONG combines two of America’s favorite pastimes, “spittin’ and shootin!’”

Michael Trautman has mastered the skills of working with Ping-Pong balls!

His pure joy of manipulating and playing with Ping-Pong balls is so contagious.

He brings together skills from many disciplines and weaves them together effortlessly.

Managing to put so many Ping-Pong balls in his mouth is hysterical.

Michael works with so many wonderful ‘vaudeville’ style routines in this show.

There is so much to see in this show and his character makes it all very playful.

Yury Ruzhyev performed an excerpt from his show “No Elephant Show”.

The audience was part of the show in a major way!

Tim and Joe were hysterical in their duo priest routine.

Chloe Payne performed an excerpt from her show “Fake Nerd Girl”.

Angela Delfini performed an excerpt from her show “Angela Delfini Explains It All for You”.

Angela’s show covers many emotions from tragedy to comedy.

Syncopated pan clanging and wooden spatulas are a wonderful part of this chaotic kitchen musical.
